3 Weight Loss Myths

The ever changing information regarding weight loss is truly insane. You can read or Google how to lose weight and you will find some pretty outlandish weight loss tips. The need for constant and accurate information regarding weight loss is challenging because science evolves so quickly. However there are a few myths that I want to address so that you will have so good information on the subject.

#1 To loss weight you need a Calorie Deficit.


#2 To loss weight Do Not Eat Carbs


#3 To weight loss weight Only Eat Diet Foods


Ok! Let's start with myth #1 . A Calorie Deficit is not necessary to loss weight. In fact eating more of the right foods helps with weight loss. And for myth #2. Carbs are not the enemie regardless of what you have been told. There are two types of Carbs. First complex carbs in which are consider healthy carbs like vegetables. Next simple carbs these are considered bad carbs example candy and cookies. And the last myth #3 Only Eat Diet Foods. Well there are plenty of food items that are low in fat and have a great sources of nutritional value, and these foods are not considered Diet Foods. So make sure you investigate and research information before you just start trying different meal plans. Well I hope the information was helpful.
