Best shoulder exercises

Well we all have a favorite body part to look at. So let me ask you this? How is your shoulder strength? Most people have weak shoulder strength and the shoulders are not considered a favorite body part. So I will share with you my top 3 shoulder exercises that will help you build muscle size and muscle strength in your shoulders.


#1 Reverse bent over fly's- This exercises targets the rear Deltoids. I pick this first because most people rear delts are weak so it's a good idea to start here first.


#2 Dumbbell front raises- This exercise targets the front Deltoids.


#3 Dumbbell Upright row- This exercise targets the lateral Deltoids.


So now you have it. Three great exercises to build strength and muscle size to all three heads of your Deltoids. Remember don't forget to target the rear delts first.
