CHEAT MEALS

As it pertains to your nutrition there's some misconceptions regarding cheat meals. First, let's identify what is considered a cheat meal. A cheat meal is any food or liquid item that you eat or drink that's outside of your healthy meal plan. However, most people believe that you are allowed to have a cheat day instead of a cheat meal. So I wanted to bring more clarity to this notion. Remember It's okay to be human and enjoy a piece of cake or pie. Or perhaps enjoy your favorite hamburger. But that's it, one meal not a whole day of bad eating. So be mindful as you are considering cheat meals. Alcohol is also included as a cheat meal in a liquid form so be mindful of your alcohol consumption. I also recommend logging your cheat meals that way you will be fully aware of your food selections, and how often you are eating poorly.
