ESSENTIAL VITAMINS

As it relates to your health vitamins are very important and necessary. Vitamins can be found in a variety of foods, fruits and vegetables. However it's important to understand the two vitamin categories. To start you have water soluble vitamins, in which includes Vitamins C, B these vitamins need to be constantly replenished because they are released through your body fluids, such as sweat and urine. Next we have fat soluble Vitamins, A, E,D,K. When your body has the right amount of these vitamins the remainder are stored in your fat cells. Therefore as your body needs them they can be released into the body. So everytime you consume more than enough Vitamins A,E,D,K the rest will be stored. So now that you have a little information on vitamins I will share this list of essential vitamins with you. Make sure you food selections provides the right vitamins for your needs.
