Remember a goal is not a goal unless you write it down. Just seeing your fitness goals on paper holds you accountable. Furthermore it allows you the opportunity to transform that same goal into a behavior goal. Also keep in mind always set goals that are realistic, and obtainable otherwise you will be setting yourself up for failure. #INVESTINYOURSELF
