When we think of vegetables; protein may be the last thing you think about unless you are vegan perhaps you are fully aware. Protein is essential for building muscle, muscle recovery, hormones etc.. So make no mistakes about it protein is important and should be consumed throughout the day. Therefore I will share with you a list of my top 10 high protein vegetables.

#1 Kale

#2 Collard Greens

#5 Brussel Sprouts
