As it pertains to your nutrition it's imperative that you have a plan in place. Meaning, meals properly prepared for the week. Your on the go meals,snacks and healthy fluids also need yo br considered. All these choices should be carefully planned ahead that way you are ready for any situation life throws at you. And as it relates to cheat meals let's remember that the portion sizes remain the same. It must be understood that you can't just go crazy because it's a cheat meal. The same principles applies for cheat meals. So for an example let's say I want a cheat meal. I purchased a hamburger, now all I need is the hamburger, not the fries, soda, and cookie, get it? Just the hamburger is enough to satisfy my cheat meal cravings. Be mindful and responsible with your eating habits. Most importantly be honest with yourself, never be afraid to ask for help.
