SKILL RELATED FITNESS VS. HEALTH RELATED FITNESS

In fitness there are many different components. So I will share with you the difference between Skill -Related fitness vs. Health - Related Fitness. Ok, let's start with Skill- Related Fitness in which has 6 components.
#1 Agility - the ability to change direction.
#2 Balance- maintain body control.
#3 Coordination- graceful body movements.
#4 Power- the ability to produce max force.
#5 Reaction Time- rime required yo initiate a response.
#6 Speed- rapidly body movements for one point to another.
Health -Related Fitness has 4 components.
#1 Cardiorespiratory Endurance
#2 Muscle fitness
#3 Muscle Flexibility
# 4Body Composition
Now when you put all these components together it is equivalent to a Physical Fitness Standard. So make sure you follow these components, because they maybe essential to your fitness goals. Well I hope this was helpful so until next time peace and health to the community.
