As a fitness coach I notice alot of weakness in individuals lower body. And in most cases it's weaknesses in the Quads. This weaknesses can come from inactivity, sitting all day and not moving. The Quads are our primary movers as we walk, run, jump ect... So it's important to maintain excellent strength in this area.
Also it should be noted that having weak Quads leads to lower back pain, knee pain and weak hip flexor. These issues can limit mobility and proper range of motion duringexercises. So to avoid having weak or tight Quads, it's important to exercise regularly. And if you do work out on a regular basis but your Quads are always tight. Then perhaps you may want to consider at least 24-48 of recovery time before you train your legs again. Also stretching the Quads using a foam roller, or static stretching can also help. Well I hope this information was helpful. Until next time peace and health to the community.
