Well Summer is here so we will be experiencing alot of hot sunny days. Therefore it's important to make sure you are properly hydrated before, and after your workouts. It's essential to maintain adequate water intake regardless of the climate. However the heat makes you lose more water during your workouts, and just walking around shopping in the heat can lead to dehydration. So be mindful of your hydration, and drink plenty of water.
