WHEN TO DO CARDIO

Often times I'm asked when should I perform my cardio exercises? The answer is based upon your individual fitness goals. If you are looking to improve your overall cardiorespiratory endurance, or training for a long distance race then you should start with cardio exercises. If your fitness goals are to build muscle or lose weight, then cardio should be performed last. So it's always important to make sure your exercises are conducive towards your fitness goals.
